How do I access my U of O email? ›

UO E-mail Accounts

If you are new to the University of Oregon, you can claim your e-mail account by visiting the Duck ID identity management. If you are having issues logging into your e-mail account, you may need to speak with the Technology Service Desk to reset your password.

You can request a complete withdrawal in DuckWeb. Contact advisors in the Division of Undergraduate Education and Student Success with questions about the process. You may also want to review the refund schedules to understand how different dates impact your decision to add or drop courses throughout the term.

To log in to your OU e-mail, open your Internet browser and visit the Microsoft 365 Outlook website at the following address: http://outlook.office.com. To login: Enter your OU e-mail address as your username. If you have set an e-mail alias on your OU account, you will need to use this as your username.

For the 2024-25 Oregon Athletics Season, UO students will have to purchase tickets to football and basketball games. With the Duck Sports Pass, UO students will get priority access to claiming football and basketball tickets for only $150. STUDENTS WILL STILL HAVE TO CLAIM TICKETS ONLINE THE SUNDAY BEFORE EACH EVENT.

A withdrawal from a class (W) is GPA-neutral: instead of a grade, you receive a W notation on your transcript which does not affect your GPA; you also don't earn credits for the course.

Students are disqualified from the university after they have been on academic probation and they have a UO cumulative GPA lower than 2.00 and earn a GPA lower than 2.00 in their next term or if they have three consecutive terms GPAs below 2.00 and receive a fourth term of the low GPA.

For example, seniors (students who have completed more than 134 credits) register before sophomores (students who have completed 45-89 credits).
